Cancellations
Please provide 24 hour notice for cancellation. Cancelation within 12 hours , or "no-show" appointment will be charged 20% of the total appointment. Communication is important. I provide extra time between clients to ensure thorough cleaning. Arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time without communication may result in a shorter appointment for you or a no show fee. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
No Show / No Call
You will be charged a $75 fee
Please book online to fill out all of the necessary forms and choose the best time. My schedule fills up periodically so book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Visitor Policy
The studio is reserved for clients only. No visitors are permitted. Children are not permitted in the treatment room.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards purchased can not be returned. Gift cards are good for face value and may not cover the full price of an originally intended treatment due to a price increase if the gift card is not used immediately. Gift cards do not expire. Effective January 1st, 2022.
Credit Card On-File
Effective January 1st, 2022, we will ask that all clients have a credit card on file.
Service Policy
While we make every effort to make sure our customers are as happy as possible, all service sales are final. We are a small business and, unfortunately, cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, service packages, or service series.
Gift Card Policy
Gift Cards may be purchased at New Beginnings Day Spa may be used towards any retail product or service by Kaylee ONLY. The Gift Card must be presented at the time of purchase/usage. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be redeemed or replaced. Gift Cards expire in 3 years. All sales are final. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Product Policy
While our goal at New Beginnings Day Spa is to make sure our product recommendations will work for you, sometimes your skin might not react as expected. I work with my clients to choose the best products based on their skincare needs. If you have received a skincare consultation or treatment from A New You Spa, we welcome your slightly-used product as a return if it did not work for you within 30 days. You may choose another product or receive a full refund in the form of an in-store credit. Cash back is not available. However, if you had not received a treatment or a consultation from A New You Spa prior to purchasing a product, we are sorry to say that we cannot accept any returns (used or unused).
